Terry Grossman, M.D.

He graduated from Brandeis University in 1968 and the University of Florida School of Medicine in 1979. He spent 15 years (from 1980-1995) working as a community family doctor in the Colorado mountains. Since 2012, Dr. Grossman has also served as the International Medical Director at Vitallife, the wellness division of Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.
He is a member and board certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and the American College for Advancement in Medicine (ACAM).
John Kelley, M.D.
Dr. John Kelley is a regenerative medicine specialist dedicated to extending health span and enhancing both quality of life and longevity for his patients. He is co-author of the book Plasma Reset: Change Your Blood, Change Your Life (italics) with Dr. Terry Grossman, and is recognized as an expert in therapeutic plasma exchange, an innovative therapy that removes and replaces blood plasma to reduce inflammation, clear toxins, and support optimal aging.Dr. Kelley has completed advanced training and certifications in longevity medicine, integrative medicine, functional medicine, and ultrasound-guided stem cell injections.
At Grossman Wellness Center, he delivers highly personalized regenerative and anti-aging programs tailored to each patient’s needs. His early career in primary care exposed him to the limitations of the conventional “sick care” model, prompting him to shift his focus toward identifying and treating the root causes of disease. This path led him to direct the Brain Health Program at the Texas Center for Lifestyle Medicine and later join Grossman Wellness Center. He is a co-founder of the Physician Transformation Institute and a member of the Clinical Peptide Society.
Dr. Kelley earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency in Family Medicine at St. Anthony’s in Denver, CO.
Sam Grossman, M.D.
Dr. Sam Grossman, M.D., J.D. is the son of longevity pioneer Dr. Terry Grossman. He completed post-graduate training in emergency medicine at Duke University and now works at Grossman Wellness while continuing to practice in the ER.
At Grossman Wellness, he focuses on helping patients understand their risks, make sound long-term decisions, and thoughtfully integrate longevity and performance tools into everyday life. As an avid runner and certified endurance coach, he brings a deep personal understanding of training theory and the crucial role of aerobic fitness in healthy aging. His legal training sharpened his attention to detail, communication, and informed consent, and he brings that same clarity to shared medical decision-making.
Time in the emergency department caring for acutely ill patients shaped his sense of what truly matters for prevention and long-term health. He approaches care as a partnership: honest conversations, clear plans, and aligning medical decisions with each patient’s goals and values. Outside of work, he’s happiest with his kids and family, on a powder day, or exploring new places.
Michael FitzGerald, M.D.
Dr. Michael FitzGerald is a board-certified emergency physician who completed his emergency medicine residency at Duke University Hospital and now works at Grossman Wellness while continuing to take ER shifts in Colorado. At Grossman Wellness, he focuses on building clear, data-driven plans around strength, cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, and long-term performance.
As a former college athlete with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and food science and TPI certified, he has a breadth of experience designing training and nutrition plans for high-level athletes, which shapes his approach to longevity-centric care. Time in the emergency department caring for patients at critical moments reinforced his belief that waiting for disease to declare itself to treat, while necessary, is the wrong place to start. He approaches care like coaching: set specific goals, measure what matters, collaborate and adjust the plan as life and circumstances change.
Outside of work, he loves racquet sports, the ongoing puzzle of golf, and spending time in the mountains with family and friends.
